The 'Terms and Conditions given below and on our website, the tour registration form and any other printed material and brochures, form the basis of our contract with you. You are required to read, understand and accept all the terms and conditions, before you have registered yourself / family / friend for any of our services.

Terms and conditions:

We are basically travel and holiday organizers only. We do not control or operate any airline or any other mode of transport like shipping, railway, motor, buses, coaches, etc. or any hotel or restaurant, other facility or services mentioned in our travel services. We also do not own or control any Hotel, Restaurant, Transport or other facility or the services mentioned in our travel services or tours. We take utmost care in selecting all the Independent contractor for making your holiday a comfortable one. We only select but do not have any control in running them. Thus, we are not responsible for any injury, loss, personal harm, death or damage that may be caused to any person or property which may be caused by the act or default of the management or employees or the services of any Independent contractor and arising outside our normal selection and inspection process.

?Independent contractor? means any hotelier/hotel owner, owner of any airlines or shipping company or Bus/car supplier or Railway or Ferry Boat/ Cruise/Coach owner/operator or any other person or organization which company has selected to render the services to the Passenger(s). All baggage and personal effects shall be at all times and in all circumstances, the responsibility of passengers. Travel Smart will not be responsible or liable for any loss of such baggage and personal effects during the tour/travel.

Air Tickets Booking:

All purchases are subject to service charges in case of cancellation or amendmends. Cancellation / refund applicable would be as per the conditions laid down by each service provider and our service charges. We request you to check your itinerary from time to time as airlines/ transport companies may alter/ amend their departures without prior notice. All International air ticket purchases are subject to certain visa/ POE regulations which travelers have to ensure that they are following. The traveler is advised to reconfirm the ticket with the respective service provider before each journey.

Visa Rules & Regulations:

Clients should note that we are only acting as a visa facilitator- guiding you about the general visa documents requirement and saving your trouble to fill up online applications or travel to Mumbai / Delhi for visa processing
? We have no control over visa granting consulates/ embassies.
? Wherever personal interviews are needed, the candidate has to attend the interviews personally.
? Kindly check your visa details on receipt of the same.

FIT tours

- Preponement / postponement of any bookinng will be treated as cancellation and is liable for Cancellation charges are applicable.
- Should your tour programme or itinerary is delayed for any reason whatsoever, while on tour, kindly notify the nearest hotel on your itinerary by fax, telephone or e-mail. Please also notify the same to us by quickest way of communication.
- Cancellation charges:
25 Days prior to departure 25% of tour cost
15 Days prior to departure 50% of tour cost
10 Days prior to departure 75% of tour cost
07 Days/No show 100% of tour cost

Rent a car:

Travel Smart acts solely as a car hire broker for various independent vehicle supplier companies, herein called as 'Suppliers'. Travel Smart takes utmost care in selecting the suppliers. Clients should note that the contract for vehicle hire is between the hirer and the local supplier and is subject to the law of the country in which it is supplied to you. Travel smart accepts no responsibility whatsoever for loss, damage, injury or death, whether arising from negligence, breach of contract or any other cause, delay or irregularities, resulting from defects of vehicle or neglect of any company or person entrusted for execution of any arrangement. Transportation, excursions are subject to the terms and conditions of the Service Providers and to the laws and regulations of their respective countries as applicable.

Although our suppliers have all recent models, we recommend that you check the vehicle before starting your trip. Any mechanical problems with your vehicle should be reported as soon as possible to our supplier and to our office. Extending the rental duration must always be done directly with us. If you are extending the rental whilst the rental is taking place, we need to get confirmation of the extension from our suppliers. The extension is possible subject to availability.

Booking has to be made with minimum 20% advance. Balance amount to be paid 2 days prior to the trip. Cancellations and amendments must always be made directly with us.

Our local car rental partner or their representative can refuse to provide a vehicle to any customer who, in their opinion, is using the vehicle for any illegal purposes. In such circumstances your contract with us will be terminated, and we will have no further liability to you.

A driver shall be waiting at the pre-informed spot with a placard/board with the name of the passenger. In case of any changes made to the flight/ train schedule, please ensure that Travel Smart is informed of the new details well in time. In this case the waiting charges will be taken into account at the time of billing. Your co-operation in this matter will be much appreciated so we serve better.

Hotel Bookings:

1. Check in/ check out time would be as per the respective Hotel policy. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel.
2. All arrivals prior to 07.00 am will be booked, held & charged for from the previous evening itself.
3. In the absence of arrival details/timings, all confirmed room reservations would be deemed as guaranteed up to 15.00hrs. only, and may be released thereafter.
4. Should your tour programme or itinerary be altered or delayed for any reason whatsoever, kindly notify the nearest hotel on your itinerary. Please also notify the same to us by quickest way of communication.
5. Items of personal nature like Laundry, telephone, mini bar, alcohol, beverages and food not on the menu, optional excursions, coolie fees, shopping, paid toilet, tips etc are charges for additional items and are payable by passengers alone and the Company will not be liable for the same.
6.The Company shall not be responsible for any loss of baggage by the airline or by independent ontractor or their agents, hotel staff, bus/coach or while traveling etc. The Company shall not be responsible if any guests' baggage, cash, jewellery or any other valuable is lost due to theft or by any other reason whatsoever during the tour. Entire responsibility of taking care of their valuables shall lie on the guest(s).
7. Preponement /postponement of any booking will be treated as cancellation and is liable for cancellation charges are applicable.
8.All date change/ cancellation are subject to service charges. Cancellation charges for the Hotel booking will be as per the respective Hotel policy.
9. Cancellation charges for Tour Booking:
25 Days prior to departure 25% of tour cost

It is imperative that all the passengers who are joining any of our tours, shall abide by and strictly comply and observe all the terms and conditions laid down herein. When you make the payment part or full towards service, means you have read the terms and conditions and agree the same.

Jurisdiction:

All disputes pertaining to the tours and travel related services conducted by the Company and any claim arising there-under shall be subjected to Pune jurisdiction only.
